Mobile Notary in Villa Park, IL

experience

experience

I provide professional, compassionate concierge mobile notary service for individuals and families throughout Barrington and Chicago’s North Shore, as well as the North, Northwest, and West suburbs. I specialize in trust and estate planning and general notary documents, bringing advanced training, attention to detail, and a calm, professional approach to every appointment. For more than 30 years, I built my career as a senior corporate communications strategist, helping corporate leaders navigate complex issues with clarity and care. Today, I bring that same professionalism and thoughtful approach to notary work, whether I’m assisting with an estate plan, healthcare directive, or other important documents. I have completed advanced training as a Certified Notary Estate Planning Partner® and Certified Apostille Services Facilitator™, and I am an active member of the National Notary Associations (NNA) and the Notary Training Hub. I’ve called Barrington home for nearly 15 years and have lived in Chicago’s Northwest suburbs for more than three decades. My corporate career also took me throughout Chicagoland, from downtown Chicago to Itasca, Lincolnshire, Schaumburg, and Oak Brook. Today, it’s a privilege to serve individuals, families, businesses, and professionals throughout Barrington, Chicago’s North Shore, and the North, Northwest, and West suburbs.

I offer notary services based on your schedule and location preference. Any location needs to be ADA compliant. I have mobility limitations. I live in an apartment community where there is a library and lounge. I see clients in either location for privacy, yet is still a public setting for safety. I visit hospitals and Senior Communities. I am at the Niles Main Pubic Library, 6960 Oakton, Niles, IL. on Wednesday and Sunday for limited hours. Please call for availability. I am a mobile notary.
