MobileNotaryNet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

3. Service Description
MobileNotaryNet provides an online directory platform that allows consumers to locate and contact independent mobile notary professionals.
MobileNotaryNet does not provide notary services, legal services, or document services, and does not participate in transactions between users and listed notaries.
The Platform is intended solely to facilitate connections between consumers and independent notary professionals.
4. Notary Listings
Notaries listed on MobileNotaryNet are independent third-party professionals and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of MobileNotaryNet.
MobileNotaryNet does not:
- Verify the licensing status, qualifications, insurance, or credentials of listed notaries
- Endorse or guarantee the quality, legality, reliability, or accuracy of services provided by any listed professional
- Supervise or control the services performed by any notary listed on the Platform
Consumers are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging any notary.
Notaries are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide on their listings is accurate and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
MobileNotaryNet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
5. Payment Terms
Certain features of the Platform, including listing plans and promotional placements, require payment.
Subscription plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize MobileNotaryNet to charge the applicable fees using the payment method provided.
All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
MobileNotaryNet reserves the right to modify pricing, plans, or features at any time. Any pricing changes will apply to future billing cycles.
6. Referral Program
MobileNotaryNet offers a referral program that allows members to earn rewards for referring new notaries to the Platform. Members may choose between available reward options, such as earning free membership time or cash rewards.
A "successful referral" is defined as a referred notary who signs up for a paid plan, or who initially creates a free account and later upgrades to a paid plan. Referrals who remain on a free plan do not qualify as successful referrals.
MobileNotaryNet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program or any reward options at any time without prior notice. Abuse of the referral program, including self-referrals or fraudulent activity, may result in forfeiture of earned rewards and account suspension.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MobileNotaryNet and its owners, operators, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to:
- The use of or inability to use the Platform
- Any services performed by notaries listed on the Platform
- Disputes between consumers and notaries
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in listings
MobileNotaryNet acts solely as a directory service and does not assume responsibility for the actions, conduct, or services of any third-party notary listed on the Platform.
Users agree that any interactions, agreements, or transactions with listed notaries are conducted entirely at their own risk.
9. Right to Refuse Service
MobileNotaryNet reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time, at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to:
- Deny or terminate user accounts
- Remove or suspend listings
- Cancel transactions or subscriptions
- Restrict access to any part of the Platform
We are not required to provide notice or explanation for such decisions, though we may do so at our discretion. Users whose access is terminated remain bound by these Terms, including all liability and indemnification provisions.
10. Promotional Use of Profile Content
By creating a profile on MobileNotaryNet, you grant MobileNotaryNet a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display your name, business information, profile content, and any associated images for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media features, advertising, and directory highlights.
