    3. Notary Listings

    Notaries listed on our platform are independent professionals. MobileNotaryNet does not employ, endorse, or guarantee the services of any notary listed on the platform.

    4. Payment Terms

    Notary memberships are billed annually at $49/year. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    MobileNotaryNet is not liable for any disputes, damages, or issues arising between consumers and notaries connected through our platform.
