Mobile Notary in Cornelius, OR

experience

Being a notary means walking into people’s lives at some of their most memorable moments—joyful, tragic, and sometimes hilarious. We meet people at the edge of grief, the height of joy, and everything in between. And that’s what makes this work so powerful. It’s never just about the signature.
It’s about showing up—fully, compassionately, and with a whole lot of humanity.

experience

I'm Holly Comer, founder of PNW Heritage Notary Services. Exceptional service is built on trust, precision, and professionalism. Every signing I conduct reflects those values, ensuring borrowers receive a calm, seamless experience while title companies and lenders can have confidence that every detail has been handled with care. Before founding PNW Heritage Notary Services, I spent my career leading operations and process improvement initiatives within the healthcare industry. That experience sharpened my commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, thoughtful communication, and executing complex processes with consistency—qualities that translate naturally to loan signings. Today, I bring that same operational excellence to every appointment. I arrive prepared and on time, guide borrowers through the signing process with patience and professionalism, communicate proactively, and return completed documents promptly. My goal is simple: to represent your organization with the same level of care and attention to detail that you would expect from your own team. Based in Newberg, Oregon, I proudly serve the Willamette Valley and surrounding communities with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends. Whether working with title companies, escrow officers, lenders, or signing services, I strive to build long-term partnerships founded on reliability, consistency, and exceptional service. I believe the best signing agents are those whose work goes unnoticed because every signing is completed accurately, efficiently, and without complication. That is the standard I bring to every appointment, and I would be honored to become your trusted signing partner.
