I'm an NNA Certified and Insured Signing Agent serving Metro Atlanta and North Georgia, including Cherokee, Cobb, DeKalb, Forsyth, Fulton, and Gwinnett counties. Although I am a relatively new signing agent, I am fully trained, field-tested, and have gained hands-on experience working alongside attorneys and seasoned notary signing agents during live closings in my role as a witness. I understand that incomplete signings can lead to rate-lock extensions and missed funding deadlines, which is why I carefully review every document to ensure all signatures, initials, and dates are completed before leaving the table. I am experienced with a variety of loan documents, including refinances, purchases, HELOCs, seller packages, loan modifications, reverse mortgage applications, and debt consolidation signings. In addition, my background in customer success has equipped me with strong attention to detail, excellent customer-service skills, and a solid understanding of professional and industry protocols.
