I’m Guadalupe “Pita” Rodriguez, a Fidelity National-approved mobile notary and loan signing agent proudly serving Orange County on weekends and Los Angeles County during the week. I provide professional, reliable and convenient mobile notary services, meeting clients at their homes, offices or preferred public locations. I understand the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, punctuality and clear communication, particularly when handling time-sensitive real estate and loan documents. In addition to my notary business, I am a Lead Marketing Manager at AT&T, where I have developed extensive experience in client relations, managing complex projects and delivering results under tight deadlines. I bring that same professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service to every signing appointment. My passion for becoming a notary stems from my love of serving my community and my entrepreneurial spirit. I take pride in helping individuals, families, lenders, title companies and signing services complete important transactions with confidence and ease.
