Greetings, my name is Kendra McCullough, and I am a commissioned notary public in Austin, Texas. I would like to take this chance to introduce myself and become your go-to mobile notary public. I serve Austin and the surrounding cities. I am a "Certified Loan Signing Agent" and I understand the importance of getting docs shipped the same day. No matter how many signings that I have, I always prioritize getting your docs in and I know all the latest drop-offs in my city. If you require scan backs, I have a mobile scanner and scan right from the table. Most importantly, I understand that an incomplete signing or a signing full of errors can cost a mortgage officer a rate lock, a buyer to miss a close of escrow, or more specifically, makes you look bad to your client. I am never late for appointments. If I take a signing from you, I will make it on time. No excuses and I always factor in traffic times. I try my best not to miss any dates, initials, or signatures as I know that leads to funding conditions. I always make sure that the borrower initials any corrections to the notice of right to cancel. Or if the NRTC lines are blank, I will have the borrower fill in the dates themselves. All the forms will come back completely filled out, whether that be the statement of information, trust certification, or disbursements of proceeds. More importantly, I know how they are to be filled out. And I never miss the notary sections; there is nothing worse than signing agents who forget to stamp their acknowledgments or jurats. I have a dual-tray printer, and I always print docs in legal and letter sized paper. I am an early riser so I can do those 6am signings, weekends or even holidays. I am also open to taking last minute appointments! I know I need to call you first if there is a typo on the loan docs. I just do not cross out and initial without permission. I have completed advance training and testing to become a "Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent". This certification allows me to assist clients with the signing of estate planning documents, manage various necessary notarizations, and ensure the secure return of the completed paperwork. As an Apostille Facilitator and Courier, I serve as an intermediary to assist clients in obtaining certification for their documents intended for international use. Rather than enduring a wait of 4-8 weeks associated with mail-in services, I offer expedited solutions that complete the certification process in under seven days. Once received your documents go under review where I meticulously check all paperwork to confirm proper notarization and eligibility prior to submission. Coordination of your documents consists of delivering documents, fees, and request forms to the appropriate state or federal office. Additionally, I manage logistics by overseeing secure courier deliveries, tracking their progress, and ensuring the final certified documents are returned to you. By utilizing my services, you can avoid potential errors, save valuable time, and enjoy greater convenience.
