Hi there! I’m Vanessa Quan a Texas Notary Public with deep roots in California real estate. Before relocating to Texas, I served as a Notary in California, where I worked closely with my family of realtors and gained firsthand experience with real estate transactions from every angle including purchasing my own home. I’m Notary2Pro Certified, NNA Certified, and have also completed the Loan Signing System (LSS) course, giving me a well-rounded understanding of loan packages, escrow processes, and the importance of accuracy and professionalism at every signing. Outside of Notary work I managed a very elite high volume private plastic surgery practice in Beverly Hills for many years until my recent relocation.
