I make sure all forms are filled out completely and properly. I do my best to not cause errors-no missed stamps, no missed signatures or intials. Loan docs back in office asap-same day when possible. I am available 24/7 never to late for an appointment. I have a dual tray laser printer, and mobile scanner so docs get scanned immediately after signing. I have never been late to an appointment
