I have completed a wide range of signings—including refinances, purchases, seller packages, HELOCs, etc—with a clear, client-friendly approach. I carry $1M in E&O insurance, working closely with title companies, attorneys, and signing services. I travel with a mobile scanner, which allows me to send scanbacks quickly from the signing table, keeping transactions on track for timely funding and smooth closings.
