BlueDiamond Secure Signing Service is a Maryland-based service organization providing citizens with notary and mobile settlement signing services that may result in the issuance of a title insurance contract. Our specialties on behalf of escrow, closing or settlement companies are: to act as a witness in the notary’s official capacity; to receive the acknowledgement of certain written instruments; to administer oaths according to Maryland law in certain civil matters; to complete certificates under the notary’s official seal; and to certify documents and maintain those records in a fair register of official acts. While serving as a Federal Manager, oversaw the development of enterprise-wide Information Technology (IT) computer systems. Experience and expertise spanning 20+ years. Responsible for the management, oversight and executive reporting on enterprise-wide, complex and critical IT systems. Formerly, State of Virginia licensed Real Estate Salesperson spanning 5 years.
