I have been a notary since 2010 and a LSA since 2020. I am NNA certified and did my training with both Notary2Pro and LSS. During this time I have completed more than 3,000 signings. I have done refi’s (1st and 2nd) buy/sell (both in and out of office), HELOC’s, reverse mortgages, estate plan documents, POA’s, deeds and various other documents. I have a dual printer, mobile scanner and have the ability to provide witnesses, if needed. I enjoy working with people and I allow the signer to set the pace for the signing.
