I have been a Mobile Notary for 26 years & 11th year as a Certified Signing Agent ( full time since 2017) I previously worked processing loans and working in Finance & Insurance for over 13 years. Certified & Background check with NNA also TRID, Fidelity and Pavaso Certified, E&O , Bonded with a fully functional home office with 2 dual tray laser printers, 2scanners and Smartphone, Tablet with mobile service for Hybrid closings, mobile scanner to return documents for funding from the table or on the road. I have been doing field work for the past 8 years for various companies and for companies from out of state buying cash properties. Available to travel to conduct closings in the Pinellas, Pasco, Hillsborough, Manatee, Sarasota, Citrus & Hernando Counties.
