About Shetara

I'm a South Carolina Notary Public, NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent, and the owner of Passionate Contracts, a transaction coordination, notary, and loan signing business built on precision, professionalism, and follow-through. My path here wasn't a straight line — and that's exactly what makes me good at this work. I spent 14+ years in administrative roles across state and federal government, where I learned how to manage detail-heavy processes, meet hard deadlines, and keep sensitive documentation airtight. I served 4 years in the military, which shaped my discipline and reliability under pressure. I spent 3 years as a licensed real estate agent, giving me firsthand insight into contracts, closings, and the transactions I now help coordinate and notarize. Along the way, I earned my MBA and my SHRM-CP certification, rounding out my business and people-management foundation. Today, I bring all of that experience into Passionate Contracts, where I provide general and mobile notary services, real estate document signings, and full loan signing support throughout Columbia, Richland, Lexington, and the surrounding counties.
