"100%, ABOVE & BEYOND! Truly 100% satisfaction!… with pricing, expertise in knowledge/ explanation/ professionalism, AND Kindness! This meant even more since I had such unique, difficult issues to overcome & while on a tight budget! I’m out of state, & needed notary to go to a Columbus hospital to notarize POA docs for a relative who is a senior & with some disabilities. No other family members left in Columbus. I never needed a mobile notary before & began the calls. I really needed more time w/explanation & able to ask detailed questions to really comprehend, make sure no mistakes, etc., since I cannot be there locally, plus being on a time restraint. The owner of DTrek- so impressive from the 1st call w/her- can tell cares about the customer! So patient, professional & completely accommodating- even worked around the time zone difference. (AND still kept the price the same, which was a concern of mine) I even had a last-minute change but she resolved my issue& still with a wonderful attitude! The relative in Hospital was initially so nervous, but then he told me how great she was with him! She also has all updated technology so made it easy to pay & deliver my documents- she made sure I was satisfied! That’s rare these days!"
