I am a Georgia Notary Public and NNA Certified, background-screened Notary Signing Agent based in Dublin, Georgia. Originally commissioned in 2010, I have more than nine years of commissioned notary experience. My experience includes seller packages, refinances, HELOCs, loan modifications, attorney-prepared trust and estate-planning documents, automobile document signings, affidavits, I-9 authorized representative appointments, and general notary assignments. I serve Laurens County and surrounding Middle Georgia communities with mobile appointments at homes, businesses, hospitals, nursing facilities, law offices, and convenient meeting locations. Printing, scanbacks, witness coordination, and document-return services are also available. For Georgia real-estate transactions, I perform authorized notarial services under the direct supervision of a Georgia-licensed attorney. I provide every client with clear communication, punctuality, confidentiality, and careful attention to detail. I am not an attorney and do not prepare documents or provide legal advice.
