My name is Sheri Griffin. I'm a Certified Notary and Signing Agent with the State of New Jersey with 2 years of experience. I'm professional, efficient, reliable, and thorough with each client. I'm proficient in a variety of Residential loan closing types: Refinance, Loan modifications, Purchases, Heloc, Settlements, Stipulations, IRA Rollovers, Reverse Mortgages, Escrows, Will signings, and Deed Signings. The Companies I have worked with are the Closing Exchange, Black Square Financial, Comfort Closings, Eagle Eye Signings, Sign'd, Accountable Agents, Loan Pro Closings, The Opal Group, Am Notary and National Signing Services. I arrive to appointments on time and I will contact the signer if running late. Borrower(s) are given a copy of the documents that is not double sided or emailed. No white out will be used for any corrections. All signers are recorded in the Notary Journal. Scanbacks are done as requested. Documents will be dropped off on time for next day delivery for all closings completed by 5:00 pm. Signers will not be rushed or pressured to sign documents or be provided legal advice. Notarizations will be done at the signing. Notarization will only be done if I witness the signer signing the documents. I'm open to working with seniors and/or individuals with disabilities. I respect the customer's home and culture. I'm willing to meet the client at a location that is comfortable for them (home, church, library). I adhere to the National Notary Association standard of conduct, and the Notary Signing Agent Code of Conduct. I adhere to all guidelines in the New Jersey handbook for Notaries, and I take all required annual training for signing agents.
