I’m a Notary Public / Loan Signing Agent with over 25 years’ experience as a mortgage loan officer and business owner. I am NNA and LSS certified. I have completed and assisted with hundreds of loan signings as a Loan Officer and thoroughly understand the documents for purchase, refinance, reverse mortgage and HELOC closings. I have excellent customer skills developed over many closings and love assisting borrowers, buyers and sellers in completing their closings. I am experienced in reading legal documents and contracts, and trusts, and comfortable assisting signers with those. I triple check each document for correct dates, signatures and initials. I return documents promptly and follow signing agent instructions. I have the most current dual tray printer, scanner and mobile scanners to enable quick turnaround of documents back to the company assigning the order.
