I am a Certified Loan Signing Agent with NNA and Loan Signing Systems. I have extensive background experience in the mortgage and real estate industry of 10+ years. In addition to holding a notary commission in the past, I have worked as a loan officer, real estate agent, and mortgage closer responsible for preparing and coordinating closing packages with the title companies. These experiences have given me a comprehensive understanding of the loan closing process and the critical role that accuracy, timeliness, professionalism along with great communication play in every transaction. I understand that successful closings depend on strong communication between signing services, title companies, lenders, borrowers, and notaries.
