Hello there! I’m the founder of Sign Then Deliver Notary & Document Solutions serving the greater Houston area. We offer both remote online and mobile notary. With 12+ years as a service provider and a background in financial services, I know a single or stack of documents often represents someone’s home, family, legacy, or livelihood. My specialties are estate planning documents and remote online notarization (RON), so clients can sign from the kitchen table or from a beach across the country. Many appointments, particularly loan signings, run through my Triple Check system. That, along with AI, helps catch/avoid mistakes before they become do-overs. That benefits everyone! I'm currently working on my Loan Signing System (LSS) certification and carry $100K in E&O insurance. Clients and partners alike turn to me when they value accuracy, their time and want an excellent experience!
