I specialize in after hours closings. I have been a notary for since 2014 and have been notarizing loan documents as part of my position at the City of Kettering since 2017. I have been working as a mobile notary signing agent since 2019 and have experience on refinances, purchases, loan modifications, debt consolidation, timeshares, HELOCs, EI-9s and more. I have RON authorization and have experience in both RON and IPEN closings as well.
