My experience with all types of signings includes: Thousands of loan packages - Conventional, VA, HUD/FHA, purchase, refinance, reverse, private funding, and seller signings; DMV title loans; as well as specialized signings for Power of Attorney for Financial, Homestead, Advanced Health Care, Inmate Visiting Permission for minors, Permission to Travel and Treat for minors traveling without both parents, Certified Copy by Document Custodian, Adoption, Parental Release, Guardianship, and all kinds of Affidavits. I travel throughout all of Stanislaus County and into parts of San Joaquin and Merced counties. As a full-time traveling notary public, I am flexible. (Hospital and nursing home visits may require an ombudsman present. Call and we can arrange this.) Fidelity, accuracy and timeliness guaranteed. Documents signed and completed by 6 p.m. can be overnighted for next day delivery to west coast addresses (3:30 p.m. for all other locations). Edocs and second set printed for signer are both included. I have dual tray laser printers, scanner, as well as iPhone, and iPad for remote scanning and communication capabilities.
