About Geri
Hello! I'm an experienced NNA Certified signing agent/mobile notary with hundreds of successful signings under my belt. Having been additionally trained and certified through LSS, The Loan Signing System, I'm experienced in purchase/seller transactions, re-fi's, loan mods, POA's and more. My background is in sales and marketing, including radio, tv and real estate (active license). I'm an alumnus of MTSU with a BS in Mass Comm/Advertising. Building relationships throughout my career is one of my strengths. I'm detail-oriented and a bit organizationally OCD, always striving to do things correctly and to improve in any area that I can. Having been part-owner in a real estate/building/development company, I've been involved in many closings over the years either as the buyer, the seller, the RE agent or as the closer.
