She has overseen hundreds of signings, including Refinance, Seller and Buyer packages, Deeds, Title Transfers, Bills of Sale, Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning. Because of her extensive background as a Legal Assistant, she has a ton of experience with legal briefs and documents, including powers of attorney, divorce, adoption and other documents, as well as experience creating and serving subpoenas as a process server agent. Loretta also has extensive experience with ID and I-9 verifications, as well as IRA applications. She is a Certified Notary Permit Runner (NPR), and has vast experience with medical and Medicare inspections, bar/restaurant onsite verification and inspections, Durable Medical Equipment (DME), and other field inspection work for insurance companies.
