I am the department head of processing, post closing, foreclosure, and underwriting for a private hard money lender and have 5 years of notary experience. I have completed over 150 in person notarizations for seller escrow docs, and over 500 for general notary work. I have my Notary commission for traditional in person signings, RON, and I-PEN. I am also NSA/LSA certified.
