I’m Sandra Herrera Rock, founder of Rock Notary and Consulting Services in Raleigh, North Carolina. I'm the founder of Rock Notary and Consulting Services. I am a native of Panama and bilingual in English/Spanish. After years of working as a legal assistant, I realized just how many people struggle with accessing reliable, professional notary services, especially when time or transportation is limited. That’s what inspired me to start my own mobile notary business in February 2024. I wanted to bring convenience, clarity, and care right to people’s doors. With a strong background in legal document preparation, like Power of Attorney and apostille documentation, I knew I could offer more than just a stamp. I could offer peace of mind. Through continued training and firsthand experience, I uncover the essential steps, software, tools, and knowledge associated with the North Carolina Public Notary laws compliance requirements. I’m also bilingual (English/Spanish), which allows me to serve even more of our diverse community. Whether you're dealing with real estate closings, legal forms, or personal documents, I’m here to help make the process smooth and stress-free.
