I am a Retired Real Estate Broker with 37 years' experience. Handled over 2500+ closings, present at 100s of Doc signings. I have experience with all the following types of loans: new purchase, sale, VA/FHA, CONV, HELOC, refinance, reverse mortgages, loan modifications, estate planning packages, wills, vehicle loans and field inspections. I have completed National Notary TRID training and am on the approved list for Fidelity Title. Additionally, I have completed training in the following: NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent, LSS Certified Signing Agent. CA bonded, 100K Notary Public E & O Policy and member of NNA. Severing Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, San Diego and LA counties. Notary travel fees depend on location of signing & time of day. Let me do the traveling to your home, business or other meeting place at a time that fits your schedule. My rates are reasonable, my service is exceptional. Notary Fees: $15 each Notarized signature plus travel time & waiting fees. Fees for Mobile Notary include: Travel to public, home or office/business locations for Notary service; up to 20-minute waiting time at place of Notarization.
