I worked as a paralegal for 26 years in Florida with knowledge of real estate, foreclosure, corporate law, probate, estate planning, bankruptcy, guardianship and family law. I left working for law firms to concentrate just on title insurance and real estate closings. I was a branch manager for Sunbelt Title, the in house title for Coldwell Banker. Thereafter, I opened my own title company, called Vineyard Title and ran it for 10 years. I moved to Texas in 2015 and worked as an escrow officer for Capital Title until I retired at 67. I have a thorough knowledge of all types of real estate closings, including reverse mortgages, residential and commercial sale purchases. I am thorough, accurate and professional.
