I have been a Notary Signing Agent since June 2012, with extensive experience handling Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac conventional loans, FHA, VA, HECM, HELOCs, and hard money loans. A large percentage of my expereince is doing closings for new home builders. My 12 years of experience as a loan officer allows me to quickly review loan documents for accuracy and completeness, ensuring a high level of detail and organization throughout the closing process. I am also well-versed in notarizing Powers of Attorney, Affidavits, Trusts, and Wills, and I am always sensitive to the specific needs of the individuals involved.
