I am a Certified Loan Signing Agent with NNA and Loan Signing Systems. I have extensive background experience in the mortgage and real estate industry of 10+ years. In addition to holding a notary commission in the past, I have worked as a loan officer, real estate agent, and mortgage closer responsible for preparing and coordinating closing packages with the title companies. These experiences have given me a comprehensive understanding of the loan closing process and the critical role that accuracy, timeliness, professionalism along with great communication play in every transaction. I understand that successful closings depend on strong communication between signing services, title companies, lenders, borrowers, and notaries. I take pride in maintaining clear, proactive communication throughout every assignment and paying close attention to the details to help ensure documents are executed correctly the first time. While no transaction is completely immune to unexpected issues, I believe accountability is essential. If a correction is needed, I am committed to responding promptly, communicating clearly, and going the extra mile to help resolve the matter as quickly and efficiently as possible. My goal is to provide a smooth signing experience that reflects positively on all parties involved. I look forward to building lasting professional relationships and serving as a reliable extension of your team.
